We offer a single easy-to-understand pricing plan. All call charges shown are pence per minute.
Nildram OfficeTalk has a monthly subscription charge from £10.00 per month (exc VAT). The following charges apply to calls made through the service:

Additional Tariff Information
- Maximum acceptable call duration for non-chargeable numbers (01 or 02) is 120 minutes per call. Calls exceeding this duration will incur a 4p setup charge plus a per-minute rate (2.7p peak, 1.1p all other times).
- Calls to chargeable numbers incur a setup fee of 4p per call.
- Daytime is Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Evening is Mon-Fri 6pm-8am, Weekend is midnight Fri-midnight Sun.
- All prices that appear on this tariff exclude VAT. Calls appearing on your bill are rounded up to the nearest minute and are rounded up or down to the nearest whole pence.
- OfficeTalk is only available to Nildram Broadband customers.
- BT line required and line rental remains payable to BT. Not available to BT Light Users or if outgoing calls are barred. UK call rates and savings do not apply to calls to the Channel Islands, non-geographic and premium rate numbers (eg. those starting 08, 09 or 118). Calls to emergency numbers, BT Operator Services and some internet calls provided by BT, not Nildram.

Call Rate Change
With effect from 1st May there will be a rate change: Premium Rate (number P31) will be charged at 16.8 ppm and Premium Rate (number P32) will be charged at 22.8ppm. Both services will be subject to a 4p set up charge. Prices exclude VAT.
